Bakersfield’s Program all-inclusive care for the Elderly (PACE) is a health care program that provides medical, health and wellness services to seniors.
Bakersfield PACE supports senior’s living with chronic illness or disabilities so they are able to continue to live at home independently.
We provide a caring network of medical and social services which promotes independence, dignity and pride and enables our Participant to live at home in the community with friends and family. Bakersfield PACE eliminates disparities in health care access and outcomes by providing superior quality health and human services through an integrated world-class delivery system for multi-ethnic and underserved communities in Bakersfield County.
We understand that not one care plan fits all. Daily services can include anything from meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning, and supervision. We will take the time to get to know you and develop a care plan that fits your specific needs.
Companionship is key to a trusted relationship with our caregivers. We not only strive to help you with everyday tasks but want to develop a caring relationship with you. We provide one-on-one attention and care that cannot compare in other settings.
Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and grooming.
Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to both patients and their families. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.
Let us know about your questions or concerns. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
